BLITZ was appointed by ARES, an IT household name in Taiwan in April 2008, as its agent for financing, Internet and information security solutions. This is the first time ARES makes its foray into a foreign investment, underscoring its trust in the company.
Its investment in BLITZ will focus on the financial sector, SWIFT professional consultancy services, eAresBank (international financing system Web version), AFEIS (Advanced Foreign Exchange Information System), PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and e-government initiatives.
BLITZ was awarded the coveted SWIFT Regional Partner label (Vietnam) in January 2008. More than 8,000 financial institutions rely on S.W.I.F.T, which is vital as a reliable platform in international payments, file transfers, corporate transactions, bulk payments, cash reporting, trade services and securities analysis.
BLITZ oversees the promotion of S.W.I.F.T products – including SWIFTAlliance systems, SWIFTNet services, SWIFT Business Solutions to existing and new customers. As S.W.I.F.T’s Service Partner, BLITZ will also helm the areas of system-integration, general consultancy and system care for customer installed configurations. This will ensure the guarantee of excellent follow-up and post- sales servicing to S.W.I.F.T customers.
